- Start your morning with a glass of warm water (Consume as soon as you get up from your cozy bed)
- Take heavy food in the morning to supply you enough energy for the day (Fried seafood noodle and nasi lemak recommended)
- Take your regular lunch (balance diet plz!)- take fruits before food
- Salad & fruits in the evening
- Finish consumption of carbohydrate food not later than 8pm.
- Consume lots of plain water throughout the day to prevent dehydration and potential fever.
- Keep you fingers moving most of the time - typewriter/piano tapping - 10 minutes tap burns more than 300 calories (?)
